Ten Hag Hopes Maguire, McTominay, and Antony Will Be Fit for FA Cup Semi
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is hoping to have Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay, and Antony available for Sunday's FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City.
The trio missed United's 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday night, but ten Hag is confident that they will be fit to face their rivals at Wembley.
Maguire and McTominay have both been struggling with injuries in recent weeks, while Antony has been out with a virus.
However, ten Hag believes that all three players have a chance of playing some part in the FA Cup semi-final.
"I think Harry, Scott, and Antony have a chance to be available for Sunday," ten Hag said.
"They are all making progress, and we will see how they are in training this week.
"We have a big squad, and we have a lot of options. We will make a decision on the team on Sunday."
In other news, Manchester United have confirmed the signing of Brazil winger Antony from Ajax.
The 22-year-old joins United for a fee of £86 million, and he will wear the number 11 shirt.
Antony is a highly-rated winger who has been capped nine times by Brazil.
He is expected to make his debut for United in the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City on Sunday.
